Apps used: This image was taken with the native iPhone camera in the square format. The only app used was Snapseed to tweak a few details.
Backstory: The photo is of Junior, my brother’s next door neighbor (an English Bulldog). The photo was taken through the fence.
Apps used: I shot with the iPhone 7+ default camera and edited first in Snapseed then in Hipstamatic (Mindel lens, BlacKeys IR filem, Jolly Rainbo 2X flash).
Backstory: Walking on this covered path leading to the pier on the seaside I saw this man just at the right place. I shot a number of photos as I was approaching. This is the last one, where he looked at me with this sad expression. I like the overall feeling of the tunnel and the man who chooses a different path.
Apps used: Snapseed
Backstory: This was shot in Nakameguro, Tokyo. I was on my lunch break looking for reflections in puddles when I came across this cool puddle which had a nice space in the middle perfect for framing someone. After waiting a bit I got a picture of this guy passing by. I then made some edits in Snapseed to enhance the colours.
Apps used: Taken on iPhone 5s; processed using Enlight.
Backstory: I’m a bit lazy with the washing up sometimes and just chuck things in the sink as I go along, to rinse later on. The colours and unconscious arrangement of this evening’s supper remains looked attractive enough to be art, somehow.
Apps used: I cropped and enhanced it with Snapseed.
Backstory: This photo was taken at the Modern Museam of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA). This beautiful building has about four floors an I was at the third level so this image was taken from there looking down to the foyer of the museum. This man was so relaxed and confortable I couldn’t resist capturing the moment. I wait until this woman in red passed by to give more context to the scene.
Apps used: Hipstamatic 337, iPhone 5s back camera 4.15mm f/2.2
