Thank you to iPhone and iPad artists across the globe who have waited so patiently for the new course launch today!
….and YES! – today at last! – fellow author and iPhone artist Susan Tuttle and I are absolutely thrilled to be launching our new mobile artistry course. We are so excited!! The new course is called “iColorama Creative”. It is a course that is dedicated to helping you express your creative self through painterly works of art and collage via structured, step-by-step video tutorials using the incredibly versatile and powerful, one-stop app iColorama.
The online video tutorial course, lovingly crafted by Susan Tuttle and I, shows you how to create digital art; styles ranging from beautiful painterly artistic works to expressive and intuitive collage and mixed media.
iColorama is a unique app that not only offers all the tools and features you need to create beautiful and rich multi-layered works of art, (including the kinds of colour adjustments you would expect to see in heavy weight applications like Photoshop) but it has some incredible artistic effects and brushes, the likes of which I’ve never seen housed together in one single app. Just when you think you’ve tried everything, iColorama has this pleasant habit of throwing up surprises: it really is a treasure trove of incredible artistic effects and experiences, and it’s an app that just keeps on giving.
I am absolutely thrilled to announce that launch day is today, Saturday 16 December 2017 and for those of you who sign up early, you will be entitled to some pretty healthy discounts!
…and for those of you who just can’t wait, please go ahead and click on the button below to find out all the information about the course and how to access iColorama Creative straight away!
Tell me more about the course
The core lessons of the course are dedicated to drawing out your creativity through a series of structured video lessons, mini-workouts and creative extensions.
Whether you are drawn towards a more painterly style, love to create collage from different photo elements or even like to mix it up a bit by blending the painterly style with collage, iColorama is the perfect app for achieving stunning artistic results with all the tools you need and more.
What I love about iColorama
What I love about iColorama are the infinite ways of combining colour, texture, shape, line and more painterly forms and marks to create truly unique works of art especially in my favourite medium of digital collage or digital mixed media.
In the series of video tutorials, Susan and I reveal iColorama’s extensive library of incredible features and tools including:
- the amazing brushes: from expressive artistic brushes to gorgeous stamp brushes
- the blend mask menu for blending everything from colours to textures; great for collage!
- and we take a look at a whole host of other features and effects exploring iColoramas extensive library of patterns, distortions, and colour adjustments.
I’ll be sharing my creative thought processes and different working methods, some that require a more planned approach, where I have more of an idea of the finished outcome and others where a more instinctive approach is adopted; where the artistic journey becomes a leap into the unknown with beautifully surprising results.
I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with iColorama…one never knows where it might take you.
…and I am sure you are going to experience the same amount of joy of discovery as you get to grips with a huge range of powerful techniques and familiarise yourself with the important tools that are not only going get you up and running in no time but will inspire you to explore your own ideas and create your own fantastic works of art with the hundreds of amazing possibilities using iColorama’s dizzy mix of patterns, textures, lights, effects and brushes. It’s been an absolute labour of love creating this course for you and Susan and I can’t wait for you to dive in…and see what you create!
